AVK Assist is a free app featuring asset management, installation tracking and simplified calculations. It is aimed at water and gas network engineers to help register GPS location of assets, assess the installation quality and simplify technical calculations. Get full traceability of your assets with AVK Insight
AVK Insight is a complete installation tracker and asset management system using a QR code platform to enable full traceability of your assets. Each installed valve has a unique GPS pin location, and when combined with a photo of the installation, it provides a complete, accurate and auditable record of every valve you have installed.
Confidential installation data of ALL assets
The use of AVK Insight is not limited to AVK valves and can be used to track and manage all assets. In addition, AVK Assist is used for installation and provisioning of AVK Smart Water products. Installation data is confidential to the customer and can be exported in formats that allow integration with existing mapping systems.

Customer portal
The AVK Assist web customer portal gives you a map and list overview of all recorded assets gathered by the mobile application by providing additional installation details of the assets in the installation summary. It can be accessed from any device with an internet connection, and users can:
- search on locations to see if any assets are recorded
- get a quick overview of whether assets are from AVK, FUSION or other suppliers
- see valve location on a map and a list of installation details
- view the quality of assets, via photographs
- export data collected using common file formats to integrate into existing mapping (GIS) systems
- create their own users
- add installers
- get access to further information
Simplify your calculations with AVK Toolbox
AVK Toolbox provides a set of tools that simplify the calculation of technical, energy and environmental key variables. The following calculation functionalities are included in AVK Toolbox:
- Flow calculator has three variables: DN class, flow velocity and flow rate. Know any two, and the flow calculator will provide the third for you.
- Water loss calculator indicates the volume of water to be lost as a consequence of a leak. Only two variables are needed: pressure in the pipe and diameter of the hole through which the water is escaping.
- Pressure loss calculator determines the pressure loss in a valve for a given flow rate. Only flow rate and Kv-value of the valve are needed.
- Power consumption calculator gives you the power consumption in kWh/year based on flow rate, pressure difference and efficiency grade of the pump.
- Emission calculator calculates CO2 emission stemming from the power consumption at a given energy source.
- Control valve online sizing tool provides guidelines for the product selection of AVK control valves

AR and 3D modelling are increasingly important within all fields of engineering. AVK Assist includes an AR section, where augmented reality can be used to have a look inside AVK products. This section is in development and currently with a limited selection of products.
